Villa on Golden Mile Marbella The main bedroom is located on the ground floor with a lush 200x200cm bed. The second floor has two bedrooms that respectively have beds of dimensions 160x190 cm and a bed of 160x200 cm (which could be separated into two beds of 80x200cm). In the basement we find the fourth bedroom which has a 180x200 cm Vispring bed and bunk beds with a guest bed, so that it can comfortably sleep 5 people. Ideal as a toddler room, babysitter room with children, or newlyweds with young children, etc. The basement floor also has a yoga area and an area with large leather sofas and a Play Station. Kitchen, barbecue and fireplace are all natural gas. TV, all three are Smart TV with 4K technology. The classroom unit is 70 inches and the other two are 50 inches. Air conditioning in all rooms except the basement. All bedrooms enjoy ceiling fans. Saltwater pool with three areas: swimming pool (16 m), maximum depth of 140 cm. 80cm children's area and lounge area. Jacuzzi / Hot Tub for 6 people. Clients can preview the property (if it is not rented) or have it inspected by someone they trust. The price includes the change of towels once a week, as well as the rotation of the house.
