This is a really nice Chill Out area where you can sit and relax or dine Al Fresco. Off the sitting room to the left you have two double bedrooms, both ensuite. One of the bedrooms also leads out to the terrace , and on the right hand side of the sitting room you have a door leading into the fully fitted kitchen and there is also a guest toilet. The Villa is split level so you have access from the sitting room down to the lower level which has another two double bedrooms both ensuite and the Master bedroom downstairs is like a Junior Suite of a Hotel. Both these bedrooms have direct access to the Pool Area. There utility room on this level. The Pool area is set up for everyone to enjoy a relaxing time by the Pool with plenty of sunbeds and also has a large bathroom for use when by the pool with its own shower. From the Villa you can walk down to the beach of El Chaparral, this is a nice quiet beach and has a great snack/bar and sun beds (Wassa Beach) if you would like to spend the day on the beach, or you can just stroll down for a swim and a snack or drink and then back up to the Villa for more relaxation. You can also walk along the beach to La Cala. El Chaparral is a well-established urbanization which consists mostly of private Villas. It also has an 18 hole Golf Course with a colonial style Clubhouse which is open to the Public and has a very nice Restaurant called Tree Tops. You can walk into the small Village of La Cala de Mijas takes about 15 mins and here you will find many Restaurants of all types of International Cuisine. Or if you would like something very Spanish and local then try one of the many Chiringuitios which are the Spanish Restaurants located along the beach and specialize in fried fish where the sardines and sea bass are smoked with olive wood in little old boats filled with sand these are the nicest ones you will ever taste, and washed down with a nice cool beer while you sit with your feet buried in the soft warm sand , watch day turn to night and listen to the waves breaking peacfully in the background. El Chaparral is also in a very good location if you want to travel up and down the Coast as you have easy access to the highway, only 30 minutes from Malaga Airport, 10 mins to the centre of Fuengirola, 20 mins to the centre of Marbella and 30 mins to Puerto Banus . Want to play golf, the you have also come to the right place, the Costa del Sol is sometimes known as the Costa del Golf, as I said on your doorstep you will find El Chaparral Golf Course, close by in the Mijas area you also have, La Cala Resort which has 3 x 18 hole courses, Mijas Golf, 2 x 18 hole courses, Santana , Calanova, Miraflores and also 3 x 9 hole courses, La Noria, Cerros de Aguila and La Siesta. Venture a little further and between La Cala and Marbella you will find Cabopino, Santa Maria, Rio Real, Marbella Golf, and Santa Clara. In the area near Puerto Banus you have in the Nueva Andalucia area, Los Naranjos, Las Brisas, Alhoa, and La Quinta. Further down the Coast up to one hour's drive from the Villa you can play at Atalaya, Monte Mayor, Flamingos, Finca Cortesin, Valle Romano, Estepona, Storogrande, La Reserva, Almanera, the Famous Valerrama where the Ryder Cup was played , San Roque, & Alcaidesa. There are still more courses which I am sure I have not mentioned, but, as you can see there is no shortage, so this Villa is ideal if you want to come on a Family Holiday and play a little golf or come just to play golf with some friends and then enjoy the luxury of staying in a Villa after a nice round. Another lovely idea would be to come and stay at the Villa and use it as a nice base for relaxation and then go off on a few day trips to see some of the wonderful places Andalucia has to offer. A drive up to Granada to visit the Alhambra, or to Cordoba to visit the Mesquita, Sevilla with is famous Cathedral and many interesting places, Ronda with El Tajo Gorge, Jerez where they make the finest Sherry in the World such as Tip Pepe, Gibraltar which is going into England for a day with views to Africa, or you can even cross over on a high speed ferry to Morocco for the day. Not to mention of course, Malaga city, the birth place of Picasso, it is a fascinating city to wonder around , visit Picasso's museum, Thyseen museum, the Alcazaba , walk to the narrow little pedestrian streets, or walk along the newly renovated Port. As you are in Mijas then a trip up to Mijas Village is a must, this is a very old typical white village which you find all over Andalucia, but, from the Village you can see panoramic views over the Coast. So as you can see there are endless places to visit. For those who like Shopping, then no end to the number of Shops you can find on the Coast. You can go to the centre of Marbella or Fuengirola, Shopping centres such as Myramar in Fuengirla or La Cañada in Marbella, Puerto Banus where you will find all the Designer Shops along by the Port, Malaga City also a great place to shop, Plaza Mayor a large Shopping Centre near the Airport which is designed like a little Town and also will have the largest Outlet extension due to open sometime in 2019. There is an Open Air Market which comes to La Cala every Wednesday and Saturday morning and you can anything here from fresh fruit, to ceramics. The Villa is ideal also for Family Holidays, you can enjoy the relaxation of having your own pool, cook and eat Al Fresco, or in La Cala you will find as I said many really good Restaurants. In addition you will find some nice Childrens Parks, Trampolines which come in the summer months, inflatable water park, close by you have the big Water Park one in Mijas Costa on the Fuengirola bypass and another in Torremolinos. The centre of Fuengirola you will find a very nice Zoo and in the summer they also open at night time and have a special night tour to see the animals which live by night.
