The garden is communal but you can ofcourse redecorate it yourself.
The chalet was recently renovated, and roof has been inspected and some parts renewed. Invoices available of the work that has been done recently.
Its a lovely quite place. Parking on the street as there is no garage at the house. Owner is open to reasonable offers.
